Navigate a quick agility ladder to then spell a complex vocabulary word.
Build a wind-up race car, measure its speed, and then try to match or beat it.
Circle up with your team and play a verbal word game while doing squats or lunges as a group.
Answer a science trivia question before jump roping to the next challenge.
Hold a static plank while your partner solves a math problem on a white board and then switches.
Run laps and organize a timeline of historical events between laps.
Push-ups while your partner completes a marble puzzle and then swap.
The ultimate fusion of cognitive fitness and physical conditioning!
